“I have been impressed with the progress and improvement my son has had in his pitching ability after taking lessons from Isaac Hess and his program. Isaac has a talent for teaching the correct pitching mechanics and the techniques needed to play the game of baseball. He also has the ability to teach in a positive manner and provide constructive feedback when needed. He has a great way with kids and makes learning the mechanics fun and interesting. I would recommend Isaac to anyone who is wanting to improve their pitching skills.”

"One of the things that I had shared with him that I was so impressed with about you was your quick and professional response to all of our questions/inquiries and that I thought that was an important component to whoever he ended up using. He has been frustrated because he has emailed a couple of times different people he had found on the internet as well as a local facility and he has gotten no response. In any case, thank you for your professionalism, it is much appreciated, and while we expect that in our daily lives you don’t always find it."

“My son Alejandro was fortunate to be placed on Isaac’s team in a rec. league we were participating in last winter. When we joined the team my son had been playing baseball for years however he was really in an overall slump, both hitting and pitching. As the season progressed Alejandro began to form a unique bond with Isaac and his pitching really improved. After the season he started working with Isaac one on one and the results were immediate. Not only did Isaac work with him on pitching mechanics, but also the mental approach to the game. His game has steadily improved and his confidence has returned. I see not only an improvement in his pitching but also all other aspects of his game. As long as my son is enjoying the game and progressing we will continue to work with Isaac. I feel confident that if my son puts in action the coaching that he has received from Isaac he will have a long, successful career in baseball.”

"I have had the pleasure of knowing Isaac Hess for several years now. Besides being an overall good person, he is an inspiration on the baseball field. His knowledge of baseball, especially pitching, comes from actually doing it. He has pitched professionally – and very successfully, not only in the United States, but in Mexico, Europe and other foreign countries around the world, despite. His overall W-L record in professional baseball is .674 with almost one strikeout every inning. Not many people can say that! And, by the way, his batting average is .325. And Isaac has done all this, despite having a hip replacement when he was only 19 years old. Very impressive! Based on all this, I would recommend, without any reservation, Isaac as a teacher, coach and leader for any and all young players who want to better themselves on the baseball field."

"I recommend training with Isaac Hess. His everyday champion approach goes beyond baseball and teaches these young men life skills that will take them further in the game of life as well as improvement on the field."

"Since my son, G, has been pitching with Isaac, his confidence level has increased substantially. Isaac is able to relate to him in a way that G can transfer the coaching into actionable tasks. He also has acquired a third pitch. Isaac teaches not only the mechanics, but the mental aspects of the game. The whys, not just the hows. He also talks about the importance of nutrition and shows G how to prepare his body to minimize injury and increase balance and agility."

"My son Calvin, age 13, has been taking pitching lessons with Isaac for the past several months. In that time, Calvin's pitching has improved tremendously. It's not just pitching that Isaac teaches, he is very thorough in his approach as he begins with stretching exercises, which Isaac insists he does every day at home while watching TV, then goes to developing his strength not only in his arm, but his entire body. No other instructor has done this. The pitching segment of the lesson is all game situations to see how Calvin handles the pressures of pitching. Each lesson is consistent, so as to not miss anything in his development. For the price we pay Isaac for the hour, which is comparable to the others, is well worth the investment to my son's future in baseball. We intend to continue our lessons, hopefully throughout our high school years. Please email me at jeffschapira@cox.net if you'd like to hear more."

"I had the pleasure of having Isaac work with our son's pitching. This was after having seen many pitching coaches over the years looking for that "right one."Isaac is THE right one. He has a strong knowledge of pitching based on his years of experience at many levels and in many leagues. Equally important, he made my son feel comfortable at all lessons. Finally, he did not come across as my son just being a dollar sign for lessons. His buy in to my child's success was genuine.Another thing about Isaac. While I know many have dreams and hopes of their kids playing professional sports, Isaac focused on the whole child. Yes, there is a clear baseball lesson, but health, fitness, nutrition, and personal goals (baseball related or not) are also topics he hits on in his lessons.Speaking as a parent whose kids has been in club ball for the past 6 years, I would not hesitate to recommend Isaac for pitching lessons or to coach my child on one of his teams." |

"We wanted to express to you our gratitude for helping Jacob with his ongoing development as a pitcher. We truly believe what you offer as a baseball coach is unique in that you are teaching Jacob what we consider a complete package of fundamentals, mental aspects, and the overall art of playing baseball without the high pressure and over bearing tactics. By you teaching Jacob in a competitive yet calm manor, he is understanding the game of baseball much more. As parents, it’s nice to see you connect with Jacob and encourage him with never ending positive feedback without the typical “locker room talk”. We know you’re passionate about the wonderful profession of baseball and we wish you continued success. Thanks again!"

"If you are looking for your son to leisurely pursue baseball this is not the team for you. The coaching staff is hardworking and dedicated and they expect the same from the boys. The discipline and philosophy will elevate your son to the next level. The coaching staff is experienced and the boys really respond to them while maintaining a healthy respect. They are not just creating excellent ball players they are helping to create excellent young men both on and off the field. We have been through a few club teams now and never have I been more impressed."
Kim C, Phoenix
"Jake was on it again tonight. He pitched two more shut out innings! Six innings over three games so far...0.0 ERA. You da man! May have another one of my pitchers dad calling you. He's impressed w Jakes progress and might want some one on one if you have time. We would still like to get some more sessions with you and Jake scheduled! Let me know when you are free! Thanks!"

"With positive energy, focus on personal development, & professional coaching, MADE organization's success... is inevitable."

"Joining the MADE program has been a great growing experience for our son. Isaac, Garret, Chris and Lino all have awesome attitudes and great interaction with the boys as well as each other. Always positive and motivating. While he is getting top level baseball coaching and instruction Isaac and his coaches also implement great life skills above and beyond baseball.
The coaching staff provide excellent endurance and strength training. Yoga is part of their weekly program providing focus as well as core strength ; something most 13 and 14 year old boys would not normally be open to but they seem to have responded well to it and enjoy doing it.
Isaac encourages and enforces good nutrition habits. Good grades are expected needing at least a 3.0 grade average to be part of the team. Positive motivation and focusing on getting better in all areas.
All things that parents strive to implement at home. Having it reinforced through baseball is a great bonus!"

"MADE baseball has been an inspiring experience for my son. He has been playing baseball since he was 8 years old. He was always a good athlete with a passion for the game. This passion has turned into something bigger since joining MADE. The MADE philosophy has really changed my son into a young man that see the value of dedication, hard work, commitment and teamwork. My son has been working on his grades more diligently then he ever has before. I no longer have to ride him about doing his homework or studying. MADE's message has gotten through to him, thankfully, because I am tired of preaching. My son wants to get good grades, because he wants to stay on the team and develop not only his baseball skills, but life skills. Definitely a defining moment in his life."
Stacey L, Ahwatukee
"I cannot express how grateful we are to have found Isaac and his MADE Baseball program. It has been such a great experience for our son Miguel. He is learning a ton of new techniques and is pushing himself more every day. Working with Isaac and his coaches has greatly improved his skills and his confidence both on and off the field. This is a great program with a great group of coaches and players and I would recommend them to any player that’s serious about the game and wants to get better!"

"Hey Isaac,
I wanted to reach out to let you know how much we loved and appreciated your Summer Program.
From the moment it started my kids were so impressed with you and your staff. They were immediately influenced by your accomplishments and standards. They came away on the first day saying "I was just coached by a professional baseball player". When they were able to hit or catch with you the same level of enthusiasm was experienced. The facility was impressive as well. Even though it was a high school field, it was set up like a professional practice which was exciting to the kids. Because of their great admiration they hung on your every word. The life lessons you are teaching are priceless. You're teaching life through baseball and it's fantastic.
Parents do everything they can to guide their kids but the biggest influences often come from outside the family. In today's world most of those influences are not positive or productive, they are simply easy or irresponsible. I know it's only been 3 weeks but you have to know that my kids are better people because they attended your camp. They learned many things that they will never forget. The baseball skills and training were outstanding as well. They have learned valuable skills to help in their development as athletes. I think the stretches and warm up exercises will help them avoid injury and develop their muscles as they grow. We have lots of tools to use as we work together to improve them as people and players. I can't thank you enough for all the motivation, encouragement and tools you have provided us.. I think I will be making some changes in my life as well. There are so many other great things I can say but for now, even though it doesn't seem adequate, I will just have to say THANK YOU!!
Thanks again, everything was outstanding. The boys were disappointed that it was over. We will see you soon."
Sincerely,
Craig Book, Peoria
