Hi, thank you for your interest in the MADE Baseball program and more importantly the MADE lifestyle and family. My name is Isaac Hess and I love baseball. More than the game itself, I love what baseball has taught me. It has taught me the value of hard work, a positive attitude, and a relentless desire to succeed in all I set out to achieve. Baseball has been a blessing for me in my life, and it has played such a critical role in my journey. There is nothing I could ever come close to comparing baseball's value to replacing its presence in my life with. I have realized the impactful role that we play as coaches and teachers for our youth, and my mission is to create a positive environment for young ball players to learn what it is to work hard and respond to adversity in order achieve their goals. 



I have been told for years that I "couldn't or shouldn't play" because of the total hip replacement surgery I had on my left hip in the year of 2005, at the age of 19 years old. I have learned to love the challenges that life brings and be consistent in finding the positive. There is nothing in this life that we can't achieve if we truly set our minds to it, manifest it, work at it, and consistently think about bringing it into our lives EVEryday. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to share this message with my young athletes at a "grass roots" level...and I know that one day I will have the platform to share it with the masses.

 

For now, my focus is on helping young ball players create an approach to the game and to life that failure is simply not an option, and that no matter what happens in our lives we will remain positive and focused on our dreams. Baseball is a portal for us to be able to recognize this power that we have inside ourselves, not to mention it is simply the best game in the world. If you and/or your family become part of the MADE Baseball family you can rest assured that myself along with all of the MADE coaches will consistently and passionately provide the highest quality of instruction and positive influence on your player that we can. We are a highly fun-loving, hard-working, and very approachable bunch of champions that like to keep our priorities straight.
