Club Details and Overview

It is important that our youth learn about life structures such as discipline, positive thinking, health, fitness, academics, and overall how to live excellently; baseball is one of the best things ever created to help them understand these life principles that are fundamental to quality growth as people.

We have created the MADE Baseball program as one that offers the total package for the youth baseball player. Our desire as a coaching staff, as mentors, and as a dynamically created organization is to be different than any other youth baseball program in Arizona. It is our mission to teach our players what it takes to excel in the game, excel in the classroom, and excel in life.

We are much more than just a club baseball team. Myself and the MADE coaches involved with our program are dedicated to helping the young men that are part of our organization to the best of our ability. Through professional baseball instruction in Arizona, we are here to help prepare our players for success in high school baseball and beyond.

It is about more than the game and more than just winning and losing. It is about learning to become the best we can be in all aspects of our game and our life. Our model of work ethic starts in the classroom and branches out into all other facets of who we are and what we do. We are Motivated to succeed, we Appreciate what we have in being able to play this great game, and we are Dedicated to our mission to keep getting better EVEryday in all we do.

We know the importance of cohesiveness and communication for the overall chemistry and success of our club. For this reason we make it very clear to our players and families exactly what we expect out of them. Read through the player and parent policies that we ask our families to sign before being a part of our program. Take a look at our policies and expectations documented below:

MADE is different

10-month training & development program:

Welcome to our website and thank you for your interest in the MADE Baseball program. My name is Isaac Hess and I am the founder of MADE Baseball. I created this program because I love everything about the game and I love helping young kids understand what it takes to Get Better EVEryday and to Live Like a Champion in all aspects of life. Baseball is a blessing that provides us an amazing opportunity to grow and improve as athletes, and more importantly as people.

How we see it...

We hold quarterly tryouts to keep our players accountable for their grades and to make them keep *earning their position as a MADE Baseball player, EVEryday. Our players are required to maintain a 3.0 GPA, if they do not maintain this then they are subject to our academic probation policy. We also look at players interested in joining the team at different times of the year. Individual tryouts may be held at the coaches discretion.

*Playing time is never guaranteed as a MADE player, it is always earned. MADE players must show a consistent work ethic and desire in bettering themselves EVEryday in order to hold their position in the organization.
