MADE baseball is a competitive club youth baseball program based out of Phoenix, AZ and the greater Phoenix area. It is ran by Isaac Hess and his team of outstanding, credible, and experienced coaches. The MADE mission is to find the most motivated, appreciative, and dedicated athletes in Arizona. We aim to help build standout character in our players and to become recognized as one of the top club ball programs in the nation and world.

At MADE we provide personalized 1-to-1 baseball instruction as well as team instruction for competitive baseball players in the greater Phoenix area. Our #1 priority in this game is to help youth players "Get Better EVEryday."

MADE is a style of baseball that is rooted in respect for the game. Our foundation lies in our attitude and in our name - Motivation, Appreciation, Dedication...EVEryday. The MADE way is different than the average baseball program in that we focus on the holistic approach to baseball from mechanics, to nutrition and fitness, to being an all around quality person. MADE ball players are hard-nosed in every facet of the game. We take pride in the way we go about our business on the field, and more importantly, off the field. What is MADE Baseball?
We are MADE because there is no other way. There is no half speed in the MADE program. It is designed for those that desire to learn to be competitors, warriors, and leaders...and all go one in the same. We are MADE because we appreciate the game, we appreciate all that it does for us on and off the field, and we are willing to make sacrifices in order to do all we can to show the world that we are the best we can possibly be, EVEryday. At MADE, we focus on our ability to respond to adversity, to be great team mates, and to Get Better EVEryday.

We are also MADE because we strive to consistently give back to our communities through exemplary leadership. Our brand is one that commands respect from all other club ball programs.
​The MADE way of baseball was created by Isaac Hess, a former professional pitcher that played for over 7 seasons. Isaac battled through extreme adversity in order to create his playing career. When he was 19 years old he underwent a total hip replacement surgery on his left hip, making him only the second player in history(Bo Jackson is the other) to embark on a comeback to the field after a total hip replacement. Doctors constantly told Isaac that he should not play the game of baseball due to the "limiting" condition of his hip, they also continually denied him the chance to play at the next level of affiliated baseball.

Taking all the "no's" Isaac heard throughout his life MADE him stronger. Rooted in motivation to succeed, appreciation for the game and all it had given him in his life, and a steadfast determination to succeed EVEryday, Isaac silenced the naysayers and went on to dominate for the duration of his career pitching over 700 professional innings in the process, winning 4 championships, appearing in 2 all-star games, and even throwing a no-hitter.

MADE is anyone and everyone that has ruthless determination and will to do what others say they can not. This mindset spills over into an extremely competitive way of baseball and it also equates to being the best team mate possible and consistently striving to outwork oneself on an EVEryday basis.
